MERKABA BREATHWORK :

This ceremonial breathwork will begin the ‘grid work’ by anchoring a 12th-dimensional shield for us to open the energy fields to activate your light body (Merkaba) within the correct grids. Brigitte works with organic Krystic frequencies, connecting to pre-matter sound fields of source consciousness.

The breathwork style follows conscious and connected breath, facilitated in a shamanic ceremonial flow, and will guide you to somatic trauma release, clearing what no longer serves you for the next iteration of your ascension path.
